Hi friends,
I hope you are finding ways to stay cool. I took my first outdoor yoga class yesterday since pandemic started, and even though it was incredibly warm outside, it felt so wonderful to be there with other humans. Summer feels well underway!
The puppy is slowly settling us into new rhythms; I was able to bake this week, so I’m enjoying some blueberry boy bait (via SK; I added some cranberries for extra tartness) and lavender earl grey cookies. Also, I’d like to leave you with three songs that are playing on a loop in my brain. 1 step forward and 3 steps back (and I’d recommend the Switched on Pop deep dive into Olivia Rodrigo’s Drivers License), Racist sexist boy (what is more punk than screaming in a public library), Banana banana meatball (for work, I’m digging into videos that teach kids about what loops are in computer programming).
