It’s daylight savings time! I hope you’re as excited about sunshine as I am. Also, if you live in MA, consider preregistering for your vaccine appointment at mass.gov/covid-19-vaccine. Also noting that vaccine rollout continues to be unequal, not only in MA but also across the US.
I was sad to hear that Kim’s Convenience had been cancelled, but also I’m enamored of this person making miniatures of iconic film sets. On the subject of miniatures, here’s how cookie cutters are made. And in food, Abby sent me this recipe for a blackberry lime cake but I’m currently considering this preserved lemon meringue cake. Also am thinking about this spiced coconut chicken rice.
